TAG Transition & Local Offer Fair
Saturday 9 June
Ham Youth Centre
If you are or you care for a young person aged up to 25 with a disability or additional needs, come and find out more about what’s available locally. The event has a focus on transition to adulthood support and services. This drop in event will be your opportunity to meet local providers and learn about their services. Stall holders include education, day services, supported living, support groups, sport and leisure activities.
The afternoon will include activities including virtual reality games, make your own candy floss and you’ll be able to be a radio station presenter for the afternoon!
Refreshments will be on sale throughout the event and those attending from 1pm there will be a hog roast!
The event is being organised by young people who attend TAG Youth Club and are currently involved in the London Youth City Leaders programme.
The Fair is being held at Ham Youth Centre, Ham Close, Ham, TW10 7PL with good transport links, car park and on street parking.
