As with previous years TAG Youth Club for Disabled Young People is supporting Youth Work Week 2018

Youth Work Week is running from 5th – 11th November and provides an opportunity to explore the changing landscape for youth work delivery and a time to celebrate the incredible difference it makes to young peoples lives.

The theme of Youth Work Week this year is What is Youth Work?

This will build on all the activity so far in 2018 that is highlighting the importance of our profession in working with young people. Whether you are a young person or a youth worker,  join the NYA (National Youth Agency) and us in sharing what great youth work is happening at TAG!

NYA will be running the national campaign to show just how important, impactful and wonderful youth work is across the land.

There’s sure to be bags of activity on social media and opportunities to get involved so make sure you tag us and them with @TAGYouthClub2 and @natyouthagency and use the hashtag #YWW18 so you’re posts don’t get lost!

TAG Youth Club

Today 7 staff and volunteers and 1 young person took part in a training session for the new Magic Carpet and Magic Mirror systems.

We can't wait to share what we have learn't with young people from tomorrow night!

We are still fundraising towards the Eye Gaze system which enables people to take part using just their eyes! Eye Gaze works with the Magic Carpet and in the near future the Magic Mirror. If you are in a position to donate or have any ideas, please contact us - info@tagyouthclub.org
