On Friday 18 May employees from PWC attended Ham Youth Centre and completed vital maintenance and decorating work in the Youth Centre and its grounds.  This was made possible through our involvement with UK Youth.

Volunteers redecorated the kitchen and painted a large wall in the main activity hall while other volunteers transformed the overgrown garden ensuring the young people have a safe and positive environment.

If this wasn’t enough volunteers also litter picked the car park and tidied up the art room store cupboard.

Volunteers also helped with general cleaning in the TAG room, helped to set up activities ready for our evening sessions and packed 200 bags with leaflets and giveaways ready for our Transition and Local Offer Fair.

Though TAG Youth Club for Disabled Young people are only a hirer of the facilities it’s encouraging that we are able to give something back to the community and work with local Children’s Services in improving facilities that are under invested.

TAG Youth Club

20 young people from our Youth Club and 3 Children from our Junior Club attended our Hole In One activity tonight. We enjoyed a round of adventure golf at Jurassic Encounters in New Malden. Members played in teams around the course while coming across various moving and roaring dinosaurs.

Feedback is still coming in and we currently have 17 green and 1 yellow.
